~Bowdre's First Boat Ride~

This past Saturday, Alicia and Seth were coming from Statesboro so that we could celebrate her graduation! Since the weather was really nice in the late afternoon and not too hot, we decided to take the boat out for a ride. Warren and I have been debating when to take Bowdre out, and we decided that as long as we didn't get into deep deep water and didn't go too fast, it would be a good idea to go ahead and test the waters, especially when we had Alicia and Seth with us to help too! It went great! Bowdre absolutely loved it...what a relief! As many of you know, 9 month old babies are quite unpredictable...you never know what might happen! At first she was a bit confused, but then she really started to enjoy it! We ended up staying out for a few hours, and she slept most of it. Being on the water is so peaceful, and I hope she loves it as much as Warren and I do! We all had a great time!
