I have one big goal of how much weight I want to lose total, but my coaches told me that setting little goals along the way was important.
So I set a few...my first being that I wanted to lose 20 pounds in the first 2 months. I knew that was a LARGE goal, but still, I wanted to try. There were several times that I didn't think it would happen, especially last night when I decided to have 3 cookies :(...
BUT, I am happy to say that today, on April 1, 2015, I've lost a total of 20.4 pounds! Whoo hoo! Goal met!
PS...This is not an April Fool's Joke! I really did it!!
